MRJADE ITALY restaurant, which was opened in Istanbul Piyalepaşa Polat Çarşı in 2022, makes Turkey’s first organic fine dine pizza with completely organic products.  Blending Italian taste with Turkish cuisine, MRJADE makes both dairy products and cheese with buffalo milk. The dough is obtained from high quality corn flour.

Consisting of 2 floors, MRJADE ITALY ISTANBUL has a seating area for approximately 150 people. There is space for 20 people in the front garden and 30 people on the back terrace. There is a main hall for 100 people in the interior.

The Italian open oven brought from Italy with the open kitchen system is made entirely of natural stone and combined with the latest technology. The decoration is designed as an original Italian fine dine restaurant.
